Missed one!
T. Jefferson Parker, author of The Renegades
- Susan Casey - The Devil's Teeth. A nerve-fraying account of her time spent with shark researchers on the Farallon Islands, off of San Francisco. If you haven't quite gotten your fill of great white sharks -- and how could you, really -- this is the book for you. Stylish, harrowing, stuffed with facts.
- Jim Harrison - The English Major. Another jocular look at the mid-life male, filled with high and low humor, stinging wit, and great characters. Harrison deals all these cards, as usual, with a full heart and plenty of self deprecation.
- Cormac McCarthy - Blood Meridian. Wow. It pretty much "contains" the other McCarthy I've read -- it's the border trilogy, No Country For Old Men, and The Road all in one. It's brutal and beautiful and impossible to put down. I finished the last page, sighed, turned to page one and read it again. I never knew there are so many English nouns I don't know the meaning of.
One understands that modern life seems to be not cheap, but people need money for various things and not every person earns enough cash. Therefore to receive fast personal loans or credit loan will be a right solution.
